Delegate Packages

Three Day Delegate packages are available, providing a comprehensive range of services to suit most budgets. Each Day Delegate package includes the following items:

• Hire of meeting room laid out to your specifications
• Still and sparkling water (replenished at lunch-time)
• Free car parking
• Hire of OHP, screen, flip chart pad and pens
• Delegate pads and pens

Standard Delegate Package - £44 per person

In addition to the items listed above, the Standard Package includes:

• Tea, Coffee and Luxury biscuits on arrival
• Working Lunch comprising:
A selection of sandwiches on Ciabatta or other speciality breads
Assorted Dim Sum with a Hoi Sin dip (V)
Chicken Tikka with a mango chutney relish
Assorted Mini Croustades (V)
Seasonal Fruit Plattter
• Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Luxury biscuits.

Premier Delegate Package - £49 per person

In addition to the items listed at the top of the page, the Premier Package includes:

• Tea, Coffee, luxury biscuits on arrival
• Mid-morning tea, coffee and mini Danish
• 2 Course Finger Buffet to include:
- Assorted Club sandwiches or bridge rolls
- Smoked Salmon Roulade with Spinach and Cream Cheese
- Cajun Chicken with an Orange and Yoghurt Dip
- Vegetable Pakoras (V)
- Thai Selection with a mild chilli dip (V)
- Tempura King Prawns with a Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Individual Fruit Tartlets
- Half a Scone with Strawberry Jam and Chantilly Cream
• Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Luxury Biscuits

Luxury Delegate Package - £53 + VAT

In addition to the items listed at the top of the page, the Luxury Package includes:

• Tea, Coffee & Hot Bacon or sausage sandwiches
• Mid-morning tea, coffee and luxury biscuits
• Cold fork buffet lunch including the following:
• A choice of 2 main dishes plus 1 vegetarian option;
• A choice of home-made desserts;
• Orange Juice and Bottled Water
• Afternoon tea, coffee and home-made pastries
